book review... Extras
This weeks book review of over Extras by Scott Westerfeld the 4th and final book in the uglies series. the story is three years after the events of the third book. unlike the first three book your not looking at the world through tally's eyes but a new character named Aya along with and new point of view you have a new setting this isn't tally old city but a whole new part of this world. Tally don't show up until about half way though this book, and I found my self wonder when she would show up as I read the book. One reason the new world is very fame seeking and I got tired of hearing Aya moan about her low face rank and bitch about how her brother was. frizz is another new character that some might not like because of his brain surge. hiro and Ren are somewhat likable at time i felt like slapping them both up side the head and other times they seem like they were good for Aya. and yes David makes an appeaser more then the last two but not as much as the first one and to be honest i like him more the Zane David just seem to be more level head and being a girl who don't like the city i wouldn't mind being the wild with him. you because he know how to survive in the wild ;) just saying. but it neat to see how this world adapt to not have those brain thingy any more. not one confusing thing is the and this might be a spoiler Aya and her crew are in japan and speak Japanese while tally don't so yeah a little confusing since there not difference while reading the book until westerfeld come out and say it. well other then that I give this book 4 out of five stars simply because of the confusion with the "language barer" between Aya and Tally and not enough tally and David.
