Hey, everyone going to get a little personal here I take the time to look after myself. I'll got for the easy quick meals and go for pop over water and so on and so on. so this month I low key decided to do some4thing last year I did keto and lost a bunch of weight but this year not doing it and gain the weight back and i just got to learn to take care of my self in general so this month I started very small and say i bottle of water a day for 30 days and the first two days I stumbled and drank 0 battles of water but after that I've been doing well. next month I'm not sure what I'm going to add I'm trying my best to kind of set a schedule for my daily life because it just kind of like do what I want when I want so I want kind of at this time I'm doing x and doing z at another time so with all that said we will see how it all goes for me I'll do an update on my water challenge in the October and tell you what my next challenge will be and i know this seems silly but this give me a little a bit accountability in what i say because let be honest your girl lazy ass hell and will try to get out of anything that change my daily life. and I've try to do this in the past and lasted a week and as we see with the start of this month just telling my husbands does nothing for my brain in holding me accountable. Okay I'm going to stop rambling at go happy reading and take care of your self
