Hey readers today's post is a movie review over The purge (2013)
This movie is scary on another level is not this monster that is another force it makes us look at the monster that hides is each and everyone of us. This is a Slow burn horror that starts off as a just a day in a life that gets darker as the night goes on. Not an high body count on screen and what I mean by this is that we see more dead bodies then actual death scenes in the movie. even with the lack of deaths even though there not really a true lacking of that it not about the death and more about why the killing are happening and how your every day person has a monster hiding inside of them and being a good person could just about get you kill in this movies reality and for me that scary because I personally could see something like this happen in the way the world is today. Over all the movie is middle of the road for me personally, but it one that I would watch again in the future.
