 hey readers, 

okay I've lost where i'm at with these posts to say the least i've started four games and recently been playing my collection game play for the past few weeks 

so lets go over the games. saves i have 

my testing the hobbies and business expansion pack this one i might just delete because i was just wanting to see the new stuff and get a feel for everything so far other then a few glitches like all sims expansion packs and what not it was fun but not needed 

skill building one still on a small home lot and started a pottery business last time i played 

off the grid one 

if i remember i have a small hone and at least one of every farm animal and has had two kids so i've started the next generation in the play though but with all the animals and kids as well as plants it a little overwheling for me and my sim

if you been on my instagram back in feburary and even a bit last month you know i was in a bit of a slump so here are some tips that i have 

audiobooks

this helps me a lot they days when i physically can't focus on reading and can do something that i don't need the brain power too do and listen to my audiobook

take a break

do other hobbies you like watch movies youtube video 

reread an old favorite 

these are what i tend too do when i feel a bit slumpish 

mental heath up date

 my mental heath has been good most day there are some days I still get over whelmed and just lose it.

with that said tho i have more good days then bad days still on the meds and going to therapy every three months.  with that said i'm doing better it life you going to have hard days.with everything going on with it being something every month i'm looking forward to a few months where it nothing but that will be a bit with march having isaac birthday then this month easter and next month both my husband birthday and mother's day and june has father day and my wedding anervery 4th of july is early enough in the month that it not going to add too much too everything thankfully

 if you have been here before you know I come from a rough background between my father and other family member. dealing with family with addition and control issues to say. the least i grew up in a very toxic environment. So i'm trying my best to make sure my son doesn't fall in to the same cycle as i did he already better off in a way then i was coming from a broken home. i'm trying not to take my anger out on him when it not his fault that i'm upset. I also trying my best to have him not around as much as possible when me and my husband is bickering because he dosen't need to be around that at all.  I also don't allow people to smoke in my house and not close to my son and drinking is fine until you get blackout drunk then i don't want it around my son a drink or two okay a 12 pack or 20 shots not so much. with that said i try to be be uplifting with him i praise him for the things he does
