cooking with an child

 hey readers today we will be talking about cooking with a little one running around. First off it total chaos you have a little one running around getting underfoot and wanting to try everything and doesn't understand you can't eat raw chicken. so I use bluey hate me all you want and i'll give him a snack it helps but it is not fool proof i still have a little boy wanting to see what i'm cooking and taste testing everything if it something he can i let him try it if he spits out i clean it up and move on. he trying to help as well now he loves watching the process so i try to let him see what i'm doing. So i'm trying to embrass the chaos that is life right now one moment at a time

 Ah is that time of the year spooky season now i'll have a family friend list later the month so here are some of my favorite scary watches for this season 

Halloween just all of them perfect time of year for that 

hellfest a movie about a killer in a haunted amusment park like hello sign me up i will amit this isn't the best movie ever but it so campy it just fill my dark soul 

terrifier art the clown is a new main stay in this house tho i will say idk if i can bring my self to rewatch the third one and if you hate gore stay away these are goreified to the max 

urban legend the first two are good the third one is a little out there 

 trick r treat classic for this time of year with a story that bleeds together in the end 

the blair witch project just vibes 

if you want more comdey scary movies they are stupid but i like them.

hell house llc is a mix of found footage and haunted house 

freaky another horror comedy 

cursed an under rated film if you like werewolves this film is for you

What happen in August

 Okay this is as new thing i'm starting just a little wrap up of the month of events and things like that 

with that said here what happen in august ...

    the first weekend bubby went to see memaw and papaw so we went to half price books thank god didn't have to carry bubby so many books to take there that weekend. we had a crate and bag full of books i did some summer cleaning last month and it had been a few months since we went. after that we can home and kind of pitter around the house hubby didn't some outside chores and i started deep cleaning the library bubby had it a mess it not perfect but at least i can see the floor now just really need to get in to the storage area of the room. we also made home made sushi and i say that loosely but damn it hit the spot after that week play some video games until hubby went to be and i just kept playing pal world until i took my bath. then bubby came home and had to check out all our hard work.

first full week down and 10 days finished well allergies started kicking my ass so far a rash and sore throat and couching and sneezing we think we figured it out we think bubby has a little runny nose and Jarrod has it too don't know about them but for me we think it a flower that grows in our back yard and our neghbor's yard hopefully with allergy meds it goes away soon. other then that week too bubby on a little hike on a bike trail at one of the parks we go to from time to time that little boy ended up falling asleep half way back to the car after we got a few aerrens done and got food we head back home where on the way bubby kept trying to still my drink and kept eating my fries once the grandparents left he too a long nap and was a bit got a chaos Demon getting him too bed sunday was a chill day with sleeping in and bubby takeing a super long nap and going to bed earlier then i thought he would we will see what this next weeks bring 

with allergries kicking my ass last week bubby went to the grandparent's house where he played outside in his car and swing set there and while inside hid it boxes and watched some cozy shows. while he did that my husband and I try to rest and clean up the house as best as we could. so for my rest time i just read or played pal world sunday i started feeling better so i worked on bubby room and cleaned up the couch a bit after bubby got home we found three binkies under the coffee table while looking for a hot wheel my husband got stuck up there. over all it been a really chill week hopeing this week i'm on the mend and don't backslide and i can get this house clened up

Well this past week i started healing from my allergy nightmare and we just did what we could around the house until about thursday friday where i ended up started to deep clean the house believe me it needed it big time after two weeks of doing the bare minum saturday i sent the boys to the park and got three rooms deep cleaned then we all took a nap around noon tried a recipe we weren't crazy for and then sunday had french bread pizza with homemade cheesey breakstick that my son decides to peel the cheese off and eat the bread first friday and saturday stayed up to spend time with hubby and caught up on twisted metal on peacock never played the games but so far i like the show also saturday we did a little trip to the library since all the books was read now i got two books t read and three to read to my son with that what happen last week 

Okay going to wrap this up with a few days left of the month since this post is going up soon the last week was full of car rides and lake visits with the cooler weather we are having ( i'm not mad at that) my mother and sister visited this past week. this weekend is a weekend of errarns and pogo and familytime maybe finishing up a book who kno on that last one.

Watching movies

 if yo uknow me there a lot of movies i want to watch but there also old movies that i love that i rewatch over and over Last year i start having watch list for each month toward the end now i'm limited to what streaming serivces i have. but with that i've been trying to work though my watch list on letterboxed.

i have over 500 movies on my watchlist on letterbox now some of these aren't streaming or have to be bought/rented or are on streaming services i don't have currently which is fine I want to try to get it under 500 this year. write this i have 529 movies on my watchlist i think when i started it was closer to 550 so with that said i'll be check back in around june or july with an update on this goal 

2025 goals ( late )

 okay guys i know goal a January post thing but i'm doing it this month since i try my best to preplan my posts for each months. So with that said on to the goals 

1. to declutter my house 

2. to cut down my physical tbr 

3. get a since of routine set up for me and my son 

4. to drink more water 

5 to take better care of my self generally 

6. I want to take my boy out and explore the world around us more 

so that is all for this year and if i remember to look back and see if i do any of this at the end of the year i'll do that happy reading
