Dark Witch of the deep forest 

Long ago in a forest long forgotten lived a witch. She was a sweet young witch at one time, but the world had turned her evil. Over the years she had been mocked and accused of heinous crimes. Crimes of cursing the near by town to the point it became a ghost town. Crimes of luring children to the dark side. The truth was she just was a young woman who enjoyed gardening and the more spiritual things in life and just wanted the world to leave her alone, But that wouldn't happen. After years of torment she finally snapped and went to the town and started setting building on fire and letting the local livestock go free. People in the town would say she started the fire with her mind, but that would be a lie. 

Finally after she had half the town ablaze the sheriff caught up to her throwing her to the ground and typing her up like a pig. he brought her to stand in front of the mayor who wanted her hanged. 

The town hanged her on the full moon and when they did that she set a cursed on the town that they land wouldn't grow wheat and the animals would survive and that the town would only have daughters drawn to the dark arts and that one day one of those daughters would bring her back to life and she would have her revenge...
