Today's post is a book review over The Toymaker by Sergio Gomez this is a strange book about a Dummy coming to life. Now I don't want to say too much to give it away because I don't want to spoil this book for everyone, but with that said. this book gets gory at times so weak stomachs be warned. This book give me it and Pinocchio vibes and with that said tho it not a copy of those stories at all. Where i get that from is we got a group of kids who have to face this evil and save it town from this evil like in it and the the dummy starts up kind with an innocent vibe like Pinocchio but turns sinister. With that said vi will say the pacing was slow at times we would have this big action scene and then it would lull for a bit and feel like almost nothing happens but it still kind of moving the story but very slowly. over all I really did enjoy this book even with the slow parts in this book and the ending with everything that happens then. With that said I gave this book 4 stars and will be picking up more from this author ( I already have )
