Top Ten Thursdays

Hey, fellow spooks It Thursday so I'm here for another Top Ten Thursday. What this week's theme you ask well Zombies those mindless creatures that i want to eat you now this was harder as i haven't seen a lot of the cult classic, and there are a lot of zombie movies out there. So without further due my top ten zombie movies are
1. The Walking Dead: Now season 1-7 are good after that i kind of stopped watching bad fan i know but got mad with an animal death in season 8 and said fuck it. I know this is super hyped and everything but it is good when it comes to a Zombie show
2. Shaun of the Dead: This is more of a cheeky movie that kind of poke fun at the zombie movies and it funny as hell.
3. 28 Days Later: No brainer it takes the zombie movie to the next level they aren't those slow-moving zombies that just shuffle along they are fast mofo and want to eat you mawhaha.
4. 28 Weeks Later: This is the sequel to 28 Days Later and it just as good as the frist one and there a new find in this one a little twist to it all.
5. Train to Busan: this one you have to pay attention to because of it being in another language, but it worth it makes you question what you would do if you got stuck on a train with your child and all hell breaks loose.
6. Resident Evil: Now i haven't sat down and watched each and every one of them but what i have seen is pretty good.
7. Dawn of the Dead: This one is just one i can put on over and over and just chill and watch it
8.House of the Dead: It not the best but it a good flick to put on and just chill.
9. Night of the Living dead: old Classic and a good one if not cheesy
10.Warm Bodies: This is just a cheesy flick to watch

Today i'm going to be talking about bam box, but not just your normal bam box but bam box horror and i will say this is more for the person who like the props and prints side of thing so with that said did i like what i got 90% of the time no i didn't know what everything was from right off the back because i have not seen every horror film out there and i still got a lot to watch but with that said i still think die hard horror fans will love the stuff that comes in this box

i know this is highly known along with the last one i posted but for along time all i played was more childish games or racing games i'm just starting to look at them and watching to play them so we will see if i do i got a few games i'm playing now for first time and replays and i'll have to buy these games so it will take time. with that said let me know your thoughts on these games and let me know if there are other horror games i should put on my to play list 

Horror Theme Product Spot light

This week Product is actually a subscription box it call Creeper Crate this box you got a choice in making gear towards men or women. Being female myself mine was gear towards the female side of things. yes it can have a few kind of blah stuff that are kind of gimmicky but for the most part this company nails it on the head the only thing i question was a shot glass in the last box i got and the only reason i had to laugh is because i don't drink very often and it been year since i had a shot of anything other then that i loved the stuff i got  it was just props or prints which don't get me wrong i love stuff like that but it was stuff i could used as well like bath bombs, soaps, they also some time have jewelry as well.

Intro to OTM

Well Well everyone it October again probably one of my favorite time of year Halloween is just around the corner. Now this year i will be doing it a little different i haven't read anything scary this year. and i haven't read any Poe either with that said i have watched movies and TV shows along with some horror theme products over the past year and recently i had to budget my money i little more so i had to stop my subscription boxes but i'll still give you my thoughts on those as well so with that said happy haunting and let me know what your favorite thing about this time of year in the comments below.

2017 October Terror Month Intro

Hey Guy it that time of years were we all love to get scared. ITS October and Halloween is just around the corner. so this month i'll be doing review of horror books, movies, TV shows, Poems and the such like i said at the end of last month i'll try to have more up then just goosebumps reviews keep reads and being spooky

Goosebumps Reads: Monster Blood

This week's Goosebumps reads is over Monster Blood by R.L. Stine. this one i kept finding differences from the TV movie version. with out going in to that so much there was thing i liked and i didn't like. The monster good it actually was a threat the characters were okay but i found the mother even though not in it much very troubling she leaving her kid with someone she never met and second if the aunt can't hear how did she know they were coming and how did she know someone was at the door oh well with that said if you was a quick read and a light one pick this up if you don't mind child play 3 stars

Goosebumps Reads: Deep Trouble

well come to Goosebumps reads now to get it out of the way i know i'm older then the intended reader. so no i didn't find it scary but more adventure like. R.L.Stine haven't ever really scared me while reading his stuff in the past it like Stephen king movies they don't scare me but i love them anyhow. over all this one is about finding a mermaid, and the adventure . i give this book 4 out of 5 stars it was a little slow in the beginning but i got over it. see you as soon as i can watch a movie or finish the other books i'm reading i think i bite to much off for this month oh well bye

Poe Reads

The first Poe Read is a poem now i read this poem twice i can't tell if it literal and it about a kind haunted it palace or if it reference to Lucifer fall from grace it mention angels more then once and talk about a great war could it be a twist on the wars fought in heaven and was Lucifer king in heaven and lost the fight cause it talks about the palace  being close to paradise then was the wonder is gone after the was and the king is wondering about his palace. i don't know this could just be me reading more in to something that not really there any who it was weird very Poe if you ask me. it was quick for sure i reading it twice within 10 minutes and i'm not a very fast reader at all it not one of the poems/ short stories he known for but still good. well stay tune Wednesday i'll have up my first Goosebump Book Review.

Horror Block

Hey everyone i'm here with something completely new there is a subscription service run by nerd block they have other kinds last month i did a brief review of theirs Arcade block. this month it horror block now the theme was Stephen King so the hints were The Shining, It , and Dark towers
now there was five exclusive items
now i'm going as i saw them in the box
Item 1 was from IT

i think this is cool and i'm going to put it up on one of my book self once i get the library finish 

Item 2 is from Misery 

this is a shirt it a little small but i want to wear it all the fucking time now 

Item 3 is from the shining 

this is a key holder and i just fell in love with this one I've only seen the original one and it is one of my fave's movies and anyone who either read the books or watch the movies knows REDRUM spells MURDER backwards

the Next two items are from Carrie and dark towers 

it a sign pic from P.J. Soles  who played Norma in Carrie and was also in Halloween 

and the print is from dark tower series now I've haven't read any of the books or this series it was okay and it cool print but my grandma would of liked it more 

there is a magazine that comes with the box 

over all i was in love with this block next month is 

Halloween, Hellriser, and night mare on elm street so just on the site it has Dexter now i stay for next month so will see if i like it, love it, or hate it 

this month even with the dark tower print i loved it

and have reviews of four books that will be post on Sundays
and then by the 30th i want Frankenstein by Mary Shelly Read and review
along with a Stephen King book read by the 29th of October
look for the TBR to see what i'm checking out along with Saturdays are going to have a Halloween/horror movie review a lot going on along with a review on this months horror block on the 2nd of October

Poe Reads #3: Tell Tale Heart(spoil alert)

Hey readers i know i missed my review Saturdays I've been exhausted this past week and not i got a head cold of some type so right now i'm just trying to make it though work and trying to get better. with that said this week Poe read is Tell tale heart. Now I've read this one a few times over the years for school, but with that said i'm not going to focus so much on what they did. this one is basicly about killing someone who done nothing wrong to your. the the noise he hear at the end could be his own guilt making him her thing or his own heart eating fast cause he knows what he did going back to the guilt thing again. He killed the old man over his eye that it nothing else the old man had never cause him harm or was a jerk to work for the eye just gave the guy the creeps and he let that get the better of him so is he mad probably you like the way someone eye looks make you kill someone you might be a little crazy and 9 times out of 10 when someone says they're not crazy they mostly like are even if it just a little bit. now i'm rambling so i'm going to end this Poe's read so until next time happy readings

Poe Read # 1

Welcome to the first ever Poe read today's read is Annabelle Lee. Now before you all say this is a love poem not horror just this of the words. Just think the poem has death in it it clearly says " chilling and killing my Annabelle Lee." So with death within this poem that is a very quick read. i enjoy that is mixes the slightly creepier side of love. Since is saying the man basicly laid with his dead bride in her grave read the last four line of the poem and you'll see what i mean. it different it show how much the narrator love his lost wife, but give the readers a creepy sense that the man might mot be right in the head. Well that all for this one if you like this let me know and come back next Monday for another one.

October Terror Month

Welcome my precious readers this year I'm starting theme monthly event, but unlike September i'm not posting everyday but all post with have to do with Halloween or Horror in Some form or another. So Far as you cam tell i got Four books Plan for this month all horror along with those i'll have every Monday my though on a poem or short story from one of the masters of horror Edgar Allan Poe. I might have other horror related stuff not sure since this is my first year doing it hopefully I'll keep this going.
