Going Keto Again

Hello Readers, Today's Post is over how once again my husband and I are going Keto which boils down to low carb diet and I know there is Clean keto where you have to cut out a lot of additives and that a little to much for me at this moment my mental health has tanked once again I'll talk about that in another post if I remember. With going back on keto we also doing intermediate fasting. Now as of writing this it only been like a few days and this being posted it hasn't been long either. So this post isn't an how to be keto I'm don't know enough about all that to make a post about how to go keto i just my journey with the keto diet. So Starting this time IT not as bad so far Hungry and headachy but nothing to terrible. It all manageable now I'm not going to be focus on the number when it comes to my weight but I am counting my carbs now we will see how long that last because if you been here any amount of time you know I'm forgetful but so far I'm doing it.  What are my personal goals while on keto? now that a good question 

losing weight is one but not as big as it was the first time 

getting health both physically and mentally

those are my goals simple really I'm just trying to better my self and stop eating all that junk. 

Now is there good food that keto yes their is you can just about make anything in to a keto version some way or form. 

Cutting sugar and carbs that what I'm personally focus on and i'll be looking up new recipes to add to my keto rotation.
